Ceramic lined rubber hose
Custom built in a wide range of sizes and lengths up to a maximum of 50 ft continuous.
If required, the hose can be protected from high temperature with silicone, Fiberglass or Nomex.
Designed for improved abrasion resistance when a conventional rubber hose requires frequent replacement. The hose is lined with ceramic beads vulcanized to a high abrasion resistant rubber compound. The ceramic bead design ensures wear and impact resistance, also allowing good flexibility.
The hose cover can be corrugated to fit standard aluminum split flanges. Other types of ends are available, such as molded rubber flanges or beaded ends.
We also manufacture special forms, like elbows and “Y” shape.

Split flange hose
Split flange couplings are bolted on the outside of this hose. The corrugated cover of our hose matches the inside design of the split flanges ensuring exceptional holdability while not obstructing the flow of the abrasive materials inside the hose. Abrasive resistant rubber tube and suitable reinforcement to permit 150 psi working pressure. This hose eliminates the need for exact length inventory, with built-in couplings. Standard sizes available up to 14” ID.
Our hose is compatible with most of the standard aluminum split flanges available on the market!
We have a very precise corrugation for a perfect match with the split flanges!

Material conducting hose
A wide range of hoses are available for use in the Mining industry, Chemical industry and Pulp & Paper industry. These hoses are generally hand built for specific applications, with tube thickness of; ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, or up to 1” thick. Inside diameters from 2” to 40”.
A wear wire can be incorporated in the hose construction.
The hoses can be made with all types of special ends : nipples & flanges, victaulic, threaded, molded rubber flanges or beaded ends, soft cuffs, etc.

Bulkmaster hose
DRYBULK (Softwall) DISCHARGE
An exceptionally abrasion resistant Natural rubber tube compound designed to give long service life. This hose is used for truck and train car unloading of abrasive products such as dry cement, silica, salt and fertilizers.
BULKMASTER (Hardwall) SUCTION
Same high abrasion properties as the softwall. The hose is reinforced with a helix wire for suction service and can have a corrugated cover for higher flexiblity.
The tube can be FDA if needed and the cover black, tan, or any other colour.
Elephant trunk hose
Very flexible hose designed for use where there is gravity flow of dry bulk products or wet concrete with no pressure.
Embedded fabric helps prevent tearing. Also used as vibration dampeners in air conditioning ducts.
Available in diameters up to 40” inside diameter.
Industrial vacuum hose
Designed for use where flimsy air ducting hose is not suitable. Built with tube rubber compounds to suit many applications: tan Pure Gum, premium red abrasion resistant Durashield pure gum, black abrasion resistant & static conductive natural blend, Oil and Gas resistant Nitrile or Neoprene. Also available with EPDM tube & cover suitable for Acid & Chemical exhaust fumes, and different Food Grade compounds.

Sandblast, gunite, plaster hose
Custom Built Hoses for any industry needing high grade abrasion resistant hoses.
A very flexible, non kinking hose with exceptional wear resistance. Static conducting rubber tube compound dissipates static. Premier’s sandblast hose is hand made, ensuring very close outside diameter tolerances to eliminate coupling blow off as a result of undersize hose. Can also be used in shotcrete applications.
Mining sandfill hose (Wear wire)
Premier is specialized in manufacturing sandfill hoses with rubberlined fittings such as Victaulic nipples or nipples & flanges. Working pressure up to 1000 PSI.
Hoses available with wear detector wire.
Premier also manufactures the “Casing” hose with built-in fitting on one end only.
Large size hoses for the mining industry, such as the SANDFILL MATERIAL CONDUCTING HOSES, are commonly fitted with rubber lined metal nipples. The nipples are usually fabricated from short lengths of steel pipe, threaded on the outer end, grooved for victaulic clamp, or c/w a welded flange.
If the user wants to detect when the hose liner is worn, a wear wire can be incorporated in the hose construction! The wire ends will come off from one end of the hose: when there is no more conductivity between the two ends of the wear wire, you know that the wear wire is broken and the tube is worn!
